after i tried at my house..
found that no coverage...
so ternimate it le...
but hor..
the dealer said muz go taman tun thr to ternimate...
ok lur..
asking my fren bring mii thr to ternimate...
after the customer servive said that money will refund by sending a check to mii within 4 months...
ok lur..
no choice..
wait for it lorhx...
after 4 months...
i get ntg...
and stupid things start happen le...
i called the customer service...

and the hang on my call!!!

everytime i call to celcom customer service will automatic disconnect!!
this is how they treat thier customer!!

thr is no body calling mii and when i call back to celcom...
thr no body wanna past my call to the customer service that name EMY!!
in the nex call on wednesday, a customer name suraiya answer my call..
same things she asked mii and she checked...
she told mii that check was issued ady on monday...
i ask her y i hvn get the check and she said that juz post on monday by maybank to u acc...
she is asking mii to wait till friday...
if still hvn get the check then called them back...
i asked for her name and her id number...
so that nex time i wanna call her is ezier..
but same thing happen...
today is monday..
i still hvn get the check...
i called them...
and they said suraiya was offday or on leave...
zzz...
and i ask them how is the check and they juz asking mii to wait for it...
zzz...
